All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing at raps@raps.org. Please reference the name of the person registered and the event title. Due to the COVID-19 situation, our standard cancellation fee of 20% is being waived. Should you need to cancel your registration outright for any reason, you can apply your credit to any RAPS program for the following 12 months.
If you reserved your hotel through the RAPS Housing Accommodations, they were automatically cancelled without charge. If you booked your hotel outside of RAPS Housing Accommodations, you will need to contact the hotel you booked with directly to cancel your reservation.
Substitutions are allowed and registrations are transferable up to 72 hours prior to the event.
RAPS reserves the right to cancel any event at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within 30 business days. RAPS is not responsible for travel or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

RAPS and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University are pleased to announce that the 2021 RAPS Executive Management Development Program will take place 23-26 May 2021.
Those who were previously registered for the 2020 program will be automatically transferred to the 2021 program and will not be required to re-register for the meeting.
Any registrants who are unable to attend the 2021 program and need to cancel will be able to apply their registration to any other RAPS event taking place in the next 12 months. We have developed an online cancellation request form for your convenience.
RAPS has worked with our expert faculty to optimize the curricula for our one- and two-day in-person workshops for virtual delivery. During these times of uncertainty, all RAPS workshops will be offered as virtual events until further notice. This shift allows us to ensure that the regulatory community continues to have access to the same high-quality education programs regardless of any changes or disruptions that may be occurring regionally.
There may be an isolated event or two that are seen as exemptions to that general policy. These exemptions would generally be based on the timing of the event, the planned program curriculum, and the intended learning objectives for the program. We are working with our partners, instructors, and committees to quickly identify those exemptions and communicate those to you.
